1.5-2 oz Peruvian Pisco (such as Barsol or Campo de Encanto; preferably 2 oz)2 oz FV Mexican Lime & Agave.5oz egg white (optional)
Shake well in a shaker full of ice and strain up into a chilled cocktail glass.
Glass: Cocktail or Double Old Fashioned/Rocks
Garnish: three dots/drops of Angosturabitters in the foam, in a triangle
Yield: 6.5-7 oz
