2 oz blended scotch whiskey1 oz FV Pineapple & Ginger Root.5 oz FV Three Citrus & Mint Leaf.5 oz Islay malt whiskey (such as Ardbeg 10, Bowmore 12 or Laphroaig 10)
Add first 3 ingredients and shake well in a shaker full of ice. Strain over ice in a Double Old Fashioned / Rocks glass. Gently pour Islay malt over the back of a spoon to float.
Glass: Double Old Fashioned / Rocks
Garnish: candied ginger on a toothpick
